1cash88 accepts deposits via the following channels: Malaysian bank transfers through FPX and DuitNow (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank); eWallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay; Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards; and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin BTC, USDT TRC-20, Ethereum ETH). All fiat deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing live market rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. 1cash88 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
Cryptocurrency deposits are processed upon network confirmation. 1cash88 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or network issues. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network; you accept full responsibility for sending funds to the correct deposit address. Sending unsupported tokens to any 1cash88 deposit address may result in permanent loss of those funds.
Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 1cash88 may refuse or return any deposit it suspects to be sourced from illegal activity, a third-party account, or a payment method not linked to the Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. 1cash88 processes bank transfer withdrawals within 30 minutes during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within seconds of approval. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours may be queued for processing on the next business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply per membership tier: Silver members may withdraw up to RM5,000 per day; Gold up to RM15,000; Platinum up to RM50,000; Elite VIP limits are determined on an individual basis.
Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete. 1cash88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by 1cash88 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM1,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in individual promotion terms. Sports bets generally require minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or greater to qualify for wagering requirement fulfilment.
Systematic exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus claims — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited. 1cash88 reserves the right to void any bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the Account of any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
The Welcome Bonus is available to new Members only and may be claimed once per individual, household, device, or IP address. Multiple Members from the same household or sharing the same IP address claiming the Welcome Bonus will be treated as duplicate account activity.
All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. 1cash88 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, and tennis Grand Slams. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
1cash88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by a material error in the published odds (including human or system errors resulting in odds that are manifestly incorrect).
In-play bets are subject to additional rules regarding late submission and disconnection. 1cash88 accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to loss of internet connection on the Member's side. If a bet is not confirmed and allocated a bet reference number, it has not been accepted.
All casino games and slot titles on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published and audited. Results of all games are final and binding once confirmed. Any malfunction in a game software that affects the result will render that game round void and stakes will be returned.

1cash88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that game results, odds, or any other Platform data will be accurate at all times, although we take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
1cash88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is suspected; (c) your Account is associated with problem gambling behaviour and suspension is considered to be in your best interest; or (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
Upon Account termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Legitimate Balances (i.e., those not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination, regardless of which party initiated the closure.

Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members by displaying a notice on the Platform or via Account communication. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which 1cash88 operates.
